Ball Valve Features
1. It adopts forged valve body, which has good temperature resistance and pressure resistance.
2. The medium is straight through, the flow path is simple, and it can better adapt to viscous high-pressure media.
3. The high-pressure regulating ball valve adopts VALCAM patented technology and special valve seat throttling to improve the valve regulation accuracy.
4. The high-pressure regulating ball valve adopts an eccentric valve core, which can overcome large torques. At the same time, the valve core is disconnected from the valve seat during movement, which reduces wear.
5. The valve core and valve seat adopt advanced processing technology and have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
6. The pneumatic actuator is made of die-cast aluminum alloy, which is small in size, high in strength, high in precision and light in weight; at the same time, the driving method adopts a gear and rack structure, with large output force and small hysteresis.
7. The surface of the actuator is coated with epoxy coating, which has anti-corrosion properties against the outside world.
